Week 28 Update - Extending His Lead
 

After closing the gap at the top last week I decided to gamble on a couple of results, a decision which didn't pay off. Leader Paul Grunstein has now opened up a sizeable gap at the top and will be difficult to catch. There's still hope though for the chasing pack and I'm due a big week so watch out PG.

Remember you only have a short, two day window this week to enter your predictions and edit your table due to the midweek fixtures. We return to normality next week.


The Week Ahead

With so much at stake at both ends of the PL table it looks to be another tricky week to call. Leon and I will be at the Cottage for what will be a tough game against a Stoke team that no longer need to look over their shoulders and can go for it.

If you look back through your emails you will see that quite some time ago I predicted Stoke to stay up and I'm pleased for their fans. It'll be interesting to see what happens when second season syndrome kicks in.
